Dr. Sidney P. Malone is the
founder and CEO of New Growth International, a
multi-faceted corporate entity that oversees various
non-profit and for-profit ventures. He has a
bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
and a Master of Arts degree in Education
Administration and Supervision. In 2004, Dr. Malone
was presented with an honorary Doctorate of Divinity
by the St. Thomas Divinity School located in
Jacksonville, Florida.
On August 5, 1990, Dr. Malone established New Growth
In Christ Christian Center, a thriving, innovative,
contemporary ministry that ministers to millions of
people via television, published media, conferences
and weekly meetings. He is also the founder of
Ministry Training International, a school of
ministry that provide leadership training for all
who endeavor to venture into ministry or serve in
any capacity of leadership.
In his devotion to leadership,
Dr. Malone founded and is CEO of Sidney P. Malone
Ministries ("SPMM"). SPMM offers
specialized services such as: Leadership
Training, Staff Performance Workshops, National
and International Conferences and Crusades,
Speaking and Advisory Services CEO's, professional
athletes and political leaders.
As a gifted lecturer, author, and speaker, Dr.
Malone has conducted numerous workshops and
seminars in which both national and international
leaders have benefited from his phenomenal
teaching and practical information. As the author
of the transforming book, "The Secret
Blessing of Conflict," Dr. Malone Imparts
wisdom as the skill of diplomacy.
Dr. Malone is the President of
Covenant Pastors International, a world-wide
collaborative of pastors, and The Malone Group, a
business consulting firm. He also serves as a
board member for numerous local and national
organizations.
Dr. Malone is the proud father of four beautiful
daughters: Dominique, Sydney, Jasmine and Madison.
